They asked for pictures of my engagement ring with measurements to ensure the band fitted, sent over CAD drawings to be approved. Excellent communication throughout. I got final product pictures to approve. It even came quickly! From NYC to England in 3 working days. Was so impressed. The ring is also stunning and exactly what we wanted.
