Yes. At BBBGEM, we offer flexible payment options to help facilitate a stress-free shopping experience. BBBGEM offers layaway payments for both US and international customers. After an initial deposit, our layaway plan allows you to make weekly or monthly payments on any purchase.You could contact our customer service to prefer which payment plan .

What is the credit card security code?
The security code is a 3 or 4 digit number that appears on your credit card. Visa and MasterCard users will find this code above the signature on the back of the card. Discover and American Express users will find this number on the top right of the front of the card.

What if I have a question about my order, want to change it, or need to cancel it?

Standard Order
Ships 2 to 3 weeks after purchase (or 3 to 4 weeks after you tell us your size from the Custom Sizers), You will receive in 3-4 weeks
Rush Order ($65 Per Band)
Ships in 7-10 business days after order confirmed. You will received in approximately 2-3 weeks
I'd like to place an international order. Do I pay customs fees to BBBGEM or to Courier?
When you place an international order, we will ship it to you. Once the package arrives in your country, the courier will contact you to collect any taxes or duties.
How do I find my ring size?

Can you engrave my ring?
Yes,we offer engraving service,up to $3 per ring. (Free cost if less Letters）
