Ring setting can be made. Ring can be resized.Gemstone can be replaced.

Do You Accept Layaway/Payment Plans?
BBBGEM offer payment plans for any jewelry.
Please tell us your ring size and the metal(gold color) you want.The minimum down payment can be $100-200,You can pay by weekly or monthly.
The jewelry will be started making once the first payment is received and be shipped out once the final payment is cleared.

Normally a handmade jewelry needs at least 2-3 weeks to finish.
If you need it in rush,purchase the link RUSH ORDER.It only needs 7-10 business days to finish.
How can I find a gemstone that is not in your inventory?
Our inventory is constantly being updated and we may have additional inventory of gemstones not listed on our website. Please contact us so we can help you find one that is perfect for you.
Can I buy a loose gemstone?
Yes, we do provide loose gemstones for purchase.Please contact us to inquire about our loose gemstone options.
Can you send me additional images of the rings?
The jewelry is made to order.There may be no other photos of it but we can send you finished photos before shipment after you place the order.
How to take care your jewelry?
How to Clean
Jewelry experts swear that this homemade concoction works as well as chemical cleaners do: In a large bowl, mix 2 parts dish soap and 10 parts warm water. Soak jewelry for 3 hours
How to Maintain
Ideally you should take gold pieces to a jeweler annually to have them checked for loose parts. And while you’re there, get them steamed and buffed until they’re super shiny.
How to Store
Your jewelry should be the last thing you put on in the morning and the first thing you take off at night. That way, your necklace won’t get spritzed with perfume and your earrings won’t get caught in your clothes. To prevent scratches and tangles, separate pieces on velvet-lined trays, in boxes with compartments, or in small zippered plastic bags

1.Engraving for free,but it is non-returnable and non-refundable as the engraving will be custom made only for you,thanks for your understanding.
2.For rush order,it takes about 7-10 business days to finish and 3-5 business days for arrival,please kindly contact me if you need it in rush.
3.Custom order is available,I will create a special listing for you after all confirmation,once the payment is received,I will make a 3D rendering for you to double confirm before making.
How long and where we can ship?
As the jewelry in my store is handmade,it takes 13-15 business days to finish,and 5-7 business days for arrival. (not include weekend)
However,Expedited shipping method is available.

What is your shop return policy?
We offer 30 days return policy,if there has any problems on quality within 30 days,we are willing to fix it or make a new one for you to exchange,of course,it is available to return it for a full refund.
However,if there has personal reasons by return (no quality's problems on item),20%-30% payment would be kept as this is handmade item,thanks for your understanding,they will be cut from your original payment,others will be refunded once the return is received.
